Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Displeased with Armen Grigoryan's Statement

Official Baku has accused Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan of "unacceptable interference in Azerbaijan's internal affairs," commenting on Grigoryan's statements regarding the safety of Armenians in Artsakh.

In response to Grigoryan's words about the inclusion of provisions in the draft peace agreement with Azerbaijan to establish international mechanisms for discussing the rights and safety of Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry has once again distorted the reality.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has reiterated that Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan, stating that the rights and safety of the "Armenian-origin population residing in Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
