Relaxing Cheese Produced in Russia

Specialists from the Russian Biotechnological University (Rosbiotech) have developed a recipe for cheese infused with Provence herbs that has a relaxing effect. This was reported by the press service of Rosbiotech.

“This is a functional product. The cheese contains thyme, basil, valerian, oregano, garden dill, and marjoram. Thanks to these herbs, a calming effect is achieved. These herbs contain various vitamins,” explained Elena Sidorova, director of the Rosbiotech cheese production center, to Gazeta.ru.

“The cheese is produced just like regular cheese. The price of the product will also not differ greatly from other cheeses. The recipe includes only household ingredients. Production can start at any moment,” Sidorova concluded.
