‘Anush’ Knitting Production Association Work to Cease: RA State Supervisory Body

Based on the order of the head of the State Inspection Body of Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety, specialists of the Inspection Body conducted a fire technical investigation at the ‘Anush’ knitting production association LLC located at 61a Vantyan Street, Yerevan, Armenia. This investigation aimed to assess the compliance with the requirements of the directive issued in 2022 regarding the elimination of violations in the field of fire safety identified by the Inspection Body.

As a result of the fire technical investigation, a corresponding report was prepared. Based on the examination of the materials in the administrative proceedings, it was revealed that the buildings and constructions belonging to the ‘Anush’ knitting production association LLC are being operated with numerous deficiencies and violations of fire safety regulatory documents, which pose an immediate and direct threat to the occurrence of fires and the safety of individuals.

Considering the aforementioned circumstances, a decision has been made by the head of the RA State Supervisory Body to completely cease the operations of the specified company.
