Bayramov to Visit Turkey's Earthquake Zone

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, will travel to Turkey on February 11, according to Azerbaijani media. Bayramov is scheduled to meet with Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in the city of Kahramanmaraş on the same day.

Earlier today, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan admitted that the government has not been able to resolve the aftermath of the devastating earthquake and the removal of rubble as quickly as they would have liked.

As of the latest reports, the earthquakes in Turkey have resulted in the deaths of 19,875 people and injured 79,717 others.
