Video: Zelensky and Scholz Mix Up Podium and Stand Under Wrong Flags at Meeting with Macron

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and the Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz, mixed up the podium during a meeting with French leader Emmanuel Macron in Paris. A clip of the incident was shared on Twitter by a correspondent from TV3.

The footage shows the German politician standing under the Ukrainian flag, while Zelensky stood under the national symbols of Germany and the European Union (EU). Macron gestured for them to switch places, after which the Ukrainian leader pointed to his country's flag, saying "this is ours," amidst laughter from those present.

It is noteworthy that Zelensky traveled to Paris on the evening of February 8 to meet with Macron and Scholz.
