Tamara's Sour Cream is Dangerous: Orders Issued to Ban Sales, Recall from Market, and Destroy

The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Body conducted a check at the dairy production facility belonging to Tamara LLC located in Abovyan, Kotayk region. During the inspection, samples of the existing products were taken and submitted for laboratory examination.

The Food Safety Body reports that the testing results revealed that a sample of the "Sour Cream" product does not meet the indicators for fermentation according to the requirements of the Customs Union's technical regulations on food safety for milk and dairy products.

The production activities of Tamara LLC have been suspended until the manufacturer takes the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the legal standards. Orders have been issued to prohibit the sale of this product, recall it from the market, and destroy or deactivate it.
