11 Vehicles Trapped

By order of the Director of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, from 20:06 on February 2 to 01:20 on February 3, emergency services were on duty on various roads across the republic due to weather conditions.

Specifically, they were active in the section called Saravan-'Zanger', the 'Chayni' area, and the twists of Spitak and Dilijan, along the Ushi-Artashavan and Ushi-Aparan roads in the Aragatsotn region, at the village of Zovaber and the Gavar-Sevan road in Gegharkunik, and in the Kotayk region in the cities of Hrazdan, and the villages of Lernanist, Solak, and Nor Geghi-Eghvard. They also focused on the Vardaghbyur, Shirak villages and the Amasia-Burakn road in Shirak region, as well as on the roads leading to the Upper Khotanan and Shinhayr villages in Syunik, and in the Vayots Dzor, Lori, and Tavush regions.

Emergency responders successfully rescued 11 vehicles from being trapped.
