Wildberries Starts Charging Customers for Product Returns
Wildberries has begun charging customers for product returns. One customer reported that a completely different product was delivered instead of what he ordered, so he immediately returned it at the office.
It turned out that Wildberries deducted 100 rubles from the customer's bank card for the return of the product. In response, they stated that everything was according to the new rules. The company imposes fines even if the product is defective or does not match the description. Customers were not notified in any way about such changes, reports Lenta.ru.
