A Company Owned by the Sukiasyan Family Signs a Major Contract with the Police Without Competition

The police have signed a significant contract with the "SIL Insurance" company, owned by the family of National Assembly member Khachatur Sukiasyan, on January 16 for the amount of 39 million 984 thousand drams, equivalent to 100 thousand dollars. This was reported by Hraparak.am.

According to the news outlet, "The police purchased CASCO-type insurance for 140 vehicles with this money. This procurement was carried out through a single-source purchase process, without any competition."

It is worth noting that the CASCO insurance covers physical damage to the vehicle, regardless of the driver's fault, and is more expensive than regular insurance.
