23 Arrested in Paris During Protests Against Pension Reforms

As of 18:15 local time, 23 protesters had been taken into custody. It is noted that today, hundreds of thousands of people have taken to the streets in various French cities to protest against the pension reforms, leading to clashes with police.
According to estimates by the largest union, the General Confederation of Labour (CGT), approximately 200,000 people participated in a major demonstration in Marseille on Tuesday, while around 80,000 marched in Toulouse and 25,000 protested in Nice.
