Grisha Tamrazyan Files Lawsuit Against H1 for Report

Grisha Tamrazyan has filed a lawsuit against the Public Television Company, where he served as the chief advisor to the rector of Yerevan State University named after Valery Brusov, and was previously the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia.

The case was accepted for proceedings on January 17, with Judge Edward Amalyan presiding. Tamrazyan demands H1 to publicly refute what he considers defamatory information, according to the ‘Datalex’ information system.

He has filed the lawsuit regarding a report prepared by H1 titled “The Advisor to the Rector of Valery Brusov State University is Cursing: The Newly Elected Rector’s Response,” which pertains to the rector elections held on December 9, 2022. The report claimed that “Rector’s Advisor Grisha Tamrazyan was cursing at Minister Vahram Dumanyan.”
