Facebook and Instagram to Unblock Donald Trump: Here's Why
Meta has decided to unblock former U.S. President Donald Trump's Instagram and Facebook accounts following a two-year suspension for violating platform rules, Bloomberg reports. In the near future, Trump will be granted access to make posts.
However, the company will implement new rules aimed at preventing further violations.
It is worth noting that Trump lost access to his accounts two years ago, as his posts on social media were deemed calls to insurrection after the Capitol riot.
