Shirak Regional Governor Resigns
Shirak Regional Governor Nazeli Baghdasaryan has submitted her resignation to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This was announced by Nazeli Baghdasaryan on her Facebook page.
“Dear Shirak residents, esteemed compatriots, today I have presented my resignation from the position of Shirak Regional Governor to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. I would like to thank the Prime Minister for the high trust, as well as my colleagues in the executive and legislative bodies, and representatives of diplomatic and international organizations for effective cooperation.
As responsible as the position of Shirak Regional Governor is, it is equally honorable. I assure you that during my tenure, I put forth all my efforts and knowledge to address the problems and concerns of the region. However, I must state that no individual or official can succeed in their work without a knowledgeable team and experienced like-minded individuals.
I express my gratitude to the staff of the Shirak Regional Governor's office for their high professionalism and consistent work. The best indicator of the work done is the assessment and attitude of the people, which, as it grew day by day, further obliged me as a governor. Considering each issue and concern of a Shirak resident as my own, I have sincerely attempted to provide solutions as soon as possible.
I am hopeful that the impartiality, fairness, and state-oriented mindset that I adopted in my work will continue to be a benchmark for the Shirak Regional Administration in the future. Saying farewell to my native region, I wish for progress and development.
Respectfully, Nazeli Baghdasaryan,” she stated.
