Earthquake Recorded in Southern Turkey
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 struck the resort province of Muğla in southern Turkey on January 26. According to the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the sea, 82 kilometers from the coast, at a depth of more than 27 kilometers. There have been no reports of destruction or casualties.
