VIDEO: If EU Observers Wish to Change Armenia's Internal and External Vectors, We Will Fight Against It - Zatuliny
Does the new European mission in Armenia not lead to a worsening of the situation? This is the question we are currently asking ourselves in Russia, stated Konstantin Zatuliny, a member of the State Duma, at the Sputnik press center.
He noted that there is no need to panic prematurely regarding this matter since the mandates of the EU observers are quite limited.
“Their presence at the initiative of the Armenian authorities is a step to resist Azerbaijani pressure and to find allies against that pressure. If today the gentlemen from the EU intend to objectively assess Azerbaijan's behavior and demand something, let them do so. But if the EU observers want to change Armenia's internal and external vectors, we will fight against that,” Zatuliny specifically stated.
