PHOTOS: Power Outages in Artsakh Under Blockade for 41 Days
We present a photo series from Artsakh, which has been under blockade for about 41 days, where power outages are taking place.
“Dear subscribers, we inform you that in the city of Stepanakert, starting from January 21, power outages will occur twice a day, each lasting 3 hours. A conditional 3-group system will be established, and the outages will begin at 8:00 AM,” reported the Artsakhenergo Closed Joint-Stock Company.
