Russia's Defense Ministry Continues Negotiations on Restoration of Traffic through Lachin Corridor

The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to fulfill its tasks in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced in a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It is noted that Russian peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the situation at 30 observation posts and are overseeing the maintenance of the ceasefire regime.

The command of the contingent continues negotiations with both the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides regarding the restoration of traffic for vehicles on the Stepanakert-Goris road, according to the statement.

On the previous day, a humanitarian action was conducted to provide food packages for students in schools of the Martakert region.

Patrols were carried out in the Martuni and Martakert regions, as well as in the Lachin corridor.
