Lavrov Announced that the Blockade Issue Will Be Resolved: Questions for the Authorities of Artsakh - Elibegova

Azerbaijani expert Angela Elibegova writes on her Facebook page: “Lavrov announced that a meeting has taken place between the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, hoping that the issue of the blockade will be resolved soon. During the 38 days and prior, Azerbaijan has presented a number of demands, the fulfillment of which will open the 'road of life.'

Questions for the authorities of Artsakh:

1. Have you given consent to meet any of Azerbaijan's demands on that list?
2. Have you received international guarantees that the road will not be closed again if the publicly and officially stated demands are not fulfilled?
3. Is there a guarantee that new demands will not be raised if the Armenian side concedes?
4. Who bears responsibility for the agreements and their non-fulfillment?
5. Is the internal tension related to these negotiations, or not?
