David Babayan Appointed to New Position

Today, I have been appointed as an advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh - representative for special assignments of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. This was announced on his Facebook page by former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, David Babayan.

“We will continue to serve our state and our people. Today or tomorrow, I will go live on Facebook. I will announce the exact time half an hour before the broadcast. We will address the situation in Artsakh, our actions, and our steps,” he noted.
