Alen Simonian Questioned as Victim

Press Secretary of the National Assembly Chairman, Tovinar Khachatryan, wrote on her Facebook page:

“Dear colleagues, on January 16 at 11:00 AM, the questioning of Alen Simonian, the victim in the grenade throwing case by Levon Eranosyann, will take place at the Avan residence of Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction. Levon Eranosyan has been charged for intentionally committing acts with the use of special means that clearly exceeded his authority and caused significant harm to the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, as well as recklessly leading to serious consequences.”
