All passengers and crew members on the plane that crashed in Nepal have been killed, reports Indian broadcaster News 18, citing local authorities.
The ATR 72 passenger aircraft experienced the incident on Sunday between the old and new airports in Pokhara. The plane, belonging to the local Yeti Airlines, was flying from Kathmandu to Pokhara. According to a representative of the airline, there were 68 passengers and four crew members on board. The causes of the accident are under investigation.
The Russian embassy in Nepal confirmed that four Russians were on the plane. “According to representatives of local authorities, all passengers and crew members on the crashed plane have died,” the broadcaster reported.
