No Need to Submit Application to the State Revenue Committee for Vehicle Status

The State Revenue Committee informs that according to the provisions 12, 13, 30, 31, and 37 of Appendix 3 of the agreement on joining the ‘Eurasian Economic Union’ on May 29, 2014, as well as Appendix 4 regarding vehicles imported from third countries classified under codes 8702, 8703, 870421, and 870431, the transport means for which customs duties and taxes have been paid at rates differing from the EAEU rates will obtain EAEU product status starting from January 1, 2023. Exceptions are made for 339 vehicles whose declaration was carried out in accordance with the Decision No. 20 of the EAEU Council dated February 21, 2020, and Decision No. 49 of the EAEU Council dated April 3, 2020 (the list is attached).

The mentioned 339 vehicles will receive EAEU product status starting January 1, 2025, or after the payment of the difference of the unified EAEU rate.

Therefore, the committee informs that there is no longer a need to submit an application to the State Revenue Committee for vehicle status and obtain the respective certificate. It is necessary to simply check the availability of the particular vehicle in the attached list. If the vehicle is present in the list and the duties or taxes have not been paid at rates differing from the EAEU rates, then it does not have EAEU product status. In all other cases, the aforementioned vehicles have obtained EAEU product status since 2023.

At the same time, the relevant information has also been communicated to the partner structures of the EAEU via official letters.
