The People of Artsakh Face a New Challenge
For the second day, the people of Artsakh are facing a new challenge as they are unable to receive electricity from Armenia due to an accident on the only high-voltage line supplying Artsakh, located at the 33rd km in the Agavno-Berdzor section.
The electricity supply of the Republic is carried out through local limited resources, with corresponding restrictions in place.
The Azerbaijani side is not allowing emergency recovery work to be conducted in the specified area, grossly violating all norms and principles of international law and exacerbating the humanitarian crisis already affecting the civilian population, which has been under blockade for a month. This was stated in a press release by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
