Artsakh's State Minister Ruben Vardanyan made a statement regarding the political situation:

“The speeches of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan yesterday confirmed that the only possible choice for Artsakh is struggle. We must fight, relying on our own strength. We must fight with the support of the citizens of Armenia, who voted in the recent elections for political forces that declared full support for Artsakh in their platforms. We must fight with the active support of the diaspora, which has always stood by the homeland in extreme situations. We call on the international community to stand by Artsakh, defending it from extermination and occupation.”
