Araik Harutyunyan Introduces New Secretary of Artsakh Security Council

On January 10, Artsakh Republic President Araik Harutyunyan introduced Ararat Melkumyan as the new Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, which operates under the President of the Republic. Ararat Melkumyan was appointed to the position by presidential decree on January 7.

During his speech, the President expressed gratitude to the former Secretary of the Security Council, Vitaly Balasanyan, who took on the responsibility of this crucial role in a challenging post-war situation and carried out his duties with honor. The President noted that Vitaly Balasanyan will continue his service to the homeland.

The President also wished success to Ararat Melkumyan in his new role, expressing confidence that he would fulfill his responsibilities with high accountability.
