Azerbaijani media outlets have disseminated reports claiming that a resident of the Republic of Artsakh allegedly met with 'eco-activists' who blocked the Stepanakert-Goris highway.
According to the Artsakh National Security Service, this information does not correspond to reality, and a statement regarding the circumstances of the incident will be issued shortly.
