Kim Kardashian Speaks Out on Situation in Artsakh

We need the world's attention. This is the message Kim Kardashian shared on her Instagram Stories, addressing the situation in Artsakh. The American-Armenian star wrote, "Artsakh has been plunged into darkness due to 23 days of being blockaded by Azerbaijan."

It is worth noting that it has been the 24th day since the only road connecting Artsakh to the world, the Lachin Corridor, has remained closed. Azerbaijan has blocked the corridor since December 12, citing fake environmental reasons.

As a result of Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor, 120,000 people in Artsakh are facing a humanitarian crisis, including 30,000 children, 20,000 elderly individuals, and about 9,000 persons with disabilities.

Due to the closure of the road, 1,100 people, including 270 children, have been unable to return to Artsakh from Armenia.
