New Ministers Appointed in Artsakh

On December 29, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, approved a government decision to relieve Suren Galstyan of his duties as the head of the State Committee for Cadastre and State Property Management.

On the same day, President Harutyunyan signed decrees appointing Suren Galstyan as the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh, while Grant Safaryan was appointed as the Minister of Agriculture of Artsakh. Grant Safaryan previously held the position of General Director of the Artsakh Fund for Support of Villages and Agriculture.
