Residents of Artsakh report that they do not plan to leave the area. Moreover, they have asked the peacekeepers to relay a message to their commander, stating that they have been waiting for them all night.

“If we are ignored by Volkov, we will be forced to take more drastic measures, including blocking their checkpoints, as he is not behaving correctly towards us. We will compel them to meet with us. If they do not understand normally, we will make them understand abnormally,” said activist Tigran Petrosyan.

The activists from Artsakh emphasize the support of the residents. It should be noted that they have spent the night near the Russian peacekeepers' headquarters and are still waiting for a meeting with Commander Volkov.
