Video: Huge Ice Chunk Falls on Russian Lieutenant General

Severe spinal and cranial fractures. This is the type of injuries sustained by Anatoly Elizarov, a lieutenant general of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, when a massive chunk of ice fell on him. This was reported by the Shot Telegram channel, along with a video.

Elizarov was returning from lunch when a gigantic ice mass detached from one of the buildings and landed on him. He has since undergone surgery, and his condition is reported to be stable.
