Video: We Came to Tell Russian Peacekeepers to Fulfill Their Mission, Says Artsakh Woman

“We came to tell the Russian peacekeepers to fulfill their mission, open the road, and ensure our safety.” This is stated by one of the residents of Artsakh who approached the Russian peacekeepers demanding the opening of the Lachin corridor, in a video published on the internet.

“Dear Artsakh residents, we are now on the slopes of Shushi, with Stepanakert below us. We came to tell the Russian peacekeepers to fulfill their mission, open the road, and ensure our safety. I urge you, those living in Stepanakert, to go out to the square tomorrow at 3 PM, as our leaders are inactive and silent, while we have been in a hostage situation for 12 days, under a blockade,” says the woman from Artsakh.

“We live here and we will continue to live here; I have no place to leave Artsakh,” she adds, noting that they are planning to go to the square, and if the road is not opened by then, they will speak either with the Russians or the Azerbaijanis, but the road must be opened.
