VIDEO: Icy Roads, More than 60 Flights Delayed or Canceled in Moscow

In Moscow's three airports—Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo—more than 60 flights have been delayed or canceled this morning due to adverse weather conditions. This information was reported by Ria.ru.

According to Yandex.Schedule, as of 9:00 AM Moscow time, 13 flights have been delayed and 9 canceled at Vnukovo airport. At Domodedovo airport, 21 flights have been delayed and 7 canceled. Sheremetyevo airport has seen 10 flights delayed and 4 canceled.

Earlier, Moscow residents were warned about the worsening weather conditions. From the evening of December 21 to Thursday morning, the capital experienced wet snow, rain, and icy conditions.

Alina Kotilevskaya, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, informed RIA Novosti that on Thursday, Moscow is expected to have cloudy weather, light precipitation, and fog, with temperatures reaching up to +3 degrees Celsius.
