Another Person Dies in Artsakh due to Azerbaijani Aggression, Says Tovmasyan
The chairperson of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, Taguhi Tovmasyan, stated: 'Another person has died in Artsakh as a result of Azerbaijani aggressors' actions. Lives are being shattered and fates are being ruined in the second Armenian republic due to the silence of the civilized world: legal punishment must be inevitable for the Azeris and their aggressive leader.'
In a tweet today, Armenia's Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan emphasized, 'In emergency situations, every minute counts. A number of patients are in extremely critical condition and cannot receive vital medical assistance. Everyone has the right to timely medical help.'
Referring to the death of a citizen at the hospital following the earlier blockade, she noted that the death of a 44-year-old man in Artsakh is a direct consequence of the blockade of the Lachin corridor.
