Special Fuel Purchase Coupons to Be Issued in Artsakh: Details

In the wake of the blockade imposed by Azerbaijan, the authorities in Artsakh are implementing measures aimed at ensuring the normal functioning of the population. The State Revenue Committee of Artsakh reports that a special procedure for fuel acquisition has been established.

Specifically, government bodies, local self-governance bodies, business entities, as well as individuals, can submit requests for fuel purchase permits to the operational headquarters of Artsakh in either paper or electronic form. The requests must include details such as the type of fuel, quantity, purpose of use, and other necessary information. After reviewing these submissions, the State Revenue Committee will issue fuel purchase coupons allowing for the acquisition of gasoline and diesel fuel from retail sales points.

The issuance priority of these coupons will be determined based on the quantity of available fuel supplies, focusing on the type of activity and necessity. Priority will be granted to requests from healthcare facilities, special services, public transport, and those necessary for the uninterrupted organization of bread and food supplies, as well as for funeral arrangements.
