The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh and head of the operational staff, Ruben Vardanyan, today held an expanded consultation aimed at presenting the activities and measures of the operational staff created by the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the office of the State Minister.
Stating that the main activity of the staff is aimed at ensuring the normal functioning of the population in the situation created as a result of Azerbaijan's blockade of the Stepanakert-Goris highway, Ruben Vardanyan emphasized the importance of organizing coordinated and effective work between state bodies and private companies: "The most important directions are security, healthcare, and ensuring the functionality of infrastructure. The operational staff includes both government officials and representatives of the private and public sectors. For me, there is no power or opposition. There is a difficult situation that has arisen, and we all, all capable forces, must unite to find organized ways to solve the situation," the state minister highlighted.
During the consultation, a procedure for fuel distribution developed by the operational staff was presented and discussed. Fuel will be prioritized for public significance and special services, as well as vital facilities. The implementation of the procedures outlined will be carried out by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Artsakh. The consultation also addressed the issues of quickly responding to the concerns of the population and providing appropriate information.
