No Option to End War in Ukraine by Year-End: U.S.

The U.S. does not see an option to cease military operations in Ukraine by the end of the year, according to RT.

John Kirby, the U.S. National Security Council’s Coordinator for Strategic Communications, made this statement. He also added that the decision regarding negotiations lies with President Volodymyr Zelensky.

It is worth noting that on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a special military operation in Ukraine, which is still ongoing.
