Humanitarian Crisis in Artsakh is Escalating: 'Hraparak'

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', a humanitarian crisis is escalating in Artsakh. Based on the actions of Azerbaijani 'environmentalists', it can be inferred that the road will not open anytime soon.

On December 12 at 10:30 AM, the Azerbaijanis not only blocked the road but also set up tents powered by electricity from Shushi to keep them warm and illuminated at night. Meanwhile, Russian peacekeepers were observed installing modular shelters, significantly increasing the number of peacekeepers in the area.

As of yesterday, the healthcare system is in poor condition, with around ten critically ill patients in Stepanakert's hospital needing urgent transfer to Yerevan. Panic is also playing a role, as residents are buying large amounts of groceries, emptying store shelves. Additionally, gas supply was halted yesterday. However, our sources in Artsakh report that peacekeepers have urged people not to panic, assuring that they will do everything possible to open the road as soon as possible, perhaps even today.
