To ensure operational communication with citizens, a 24/7 hotline is available at the short number 119, announced the Artsakh Operational Headquarters.
It is noteworthy that the only route connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the world has been blocked by Azerbaijani provocateurs for over 48 hours. Furthermore, since yesterday, Azerbaijan has halted gas supply throughout the entire territory of Artsakh.
