Davit Babayan's Remarks on Azerbaijani 'Environmentalists'

Acting Foreign Minister of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, posted on his Facebook page:

“Why specifically 'environmentalists'? Of course, tomorrow Baku could involve cyclists, culinary experts, and so on. But 'environmentalists' are needed to disguise their plans to economically paralyze Artsakh as well. Azerbaijan is very eager to shut down the flagship of the Karabakh economy, the 'Base Metals' company, and the Kashen copper mine.”
