Artsakh National Assembly to Hold Emergency Session

In accordance with Article 114 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and Article 37 of the "Regulations of the National Assembly" law, the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh will convene an emergency session on December 13, 2022, at 10:00 AM. The agenda will focus on the adoption of a statement by the National Assembly. This information has been provided by the parliament's press service.

It is noteworthy that a group of Azerbaijanis in civilian clothing has once again blocked the Stepanakert-Goris highway today at around 10:30 AM, citing environmental reasons. The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs has also reported that hundreds of citizens are stranded on the Lisagor-Shushi and Stepanakert-Shushi roads.
