Hundreds of Citizens Stranded on the Road
The interstate highway connecting Artsakh to Armenia remains closed in both directions.
Currently, hundreds of citizens are stranded on the Lisagor-Shushi and Stepanakert-Shushi roads, which have been blocked since 10:30 AM this morning due to environmental reasons. This was announced by the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.
