Video: Footage Released from the Scene of the Fire in Shengavit

On December 11, at 10:13 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting a fire near building number 47 on Dodoqyan Street in Yerevan. Three fire and rescue teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan rescue department were dispatched to the scene.

The fire was contained by 10:44 AM and extinguished by 11:15 AM. In the storage area located at 68 Odesa Street, accumulated cardboard boxes were burned.

Recall that Auroranews received information about fire and smoke observed on Dodoqyan Street in Yerevan. We contacted the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, where officials informed us that there is a bottle storage facility in the mentioned area where the fire erupted. “Currently, three fire teams are working there, and there is nothing particularly serious; it’s plastic that's causing the smoke,” officials from the Ministry indicated.
