Azerbaijan's Lawmaker Calls to Jam Iranian Radio and Television Channels

Azerbaijani lawmaker Musa Qasimli has called for the jamming of Iranian radio and television channels. The politician noted that while in the villages of the Yardimli region of Azerbaijan, he received a message on his mobile phone with the following content: “Welcome to the Islamic Republic of Iran.” Azerbaijani media reported this.

“This contradicts the laws of Azerbaijan, and such instances must be prevented,” said the lawmaker.
