A New Government Will Be Formed in Artsakh: Ruben Vardanyan

The State Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, responded to the questions of parliamentarians today at the Artsakh National Assembly. The inquiries mainly related to the new budget, the formation of the government, ongoing programs, and inflation.

Minister Vardanyan stated that the new government would be formed at the beginning of January, and a revised version of the budget would be ready by February. He emphasized that the new budget should be realistic and based on development programs, noting that the planned reforms would require additional expenditures and that a transformation of the state system is anticipated.

The Standing Committee on Financial-Budgetary and Economic Management of the Artsakh National Assembly voted in favor of both the budget proposal and the project regarding amendments to the law on the remuneration of public officials.
