Russia is responding to the entire NATO bloc in Ukraine, where, in essence, there is a "war." This was stated by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, as reported by Readovka.

He noted that Russia is "fighting" against the entire North Atlantic Alliance in Ukraine. "A special military operation is being carried out in Ukraine; in reality, there is a war going on there, what is there to hide. But we are not at war with Ukraine; behind it stands all of NATO—with all its technologies, weapons, information, special weaponry, and special technologies," Sobyanin said on the program “Dialogue with the Mayor.”
