VIDEO: Unrest in Mongolia as Police Seal Off Central Square in Capital
The police have closed off access to the central square in Ulaanbaatar. Unrest has erupted in the capital of Mongolia amid allegations of the disappearance of $12 billion worth of coal, which the state was supposed to supply to China.
Citizens believe that the culprits behind the disappearance are corrupt officials. The Mongolian government is requesting the Chinese authorities to get involved in the investigation regarding the coal scandal.
