Road Closures in Armenia: Alerts from the Ministry of Emergency Situations

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed roads within the territory of Armenia.

According to the ministry, the roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari in the Aragatson region are closed.

Snowfall is reported in the city of Goris, Syunik region, and in the Tsakhkadzor region of the Aragatson region. Fog has developed in the Vardenyats pass, the Saravan-Zanger segment, the twists of Dilijan in Tavush region, in the city of Noyemberyan, high-altitude areas of Syunik region, and in the city of Goris.

Regarding Lars, according to information from the Emergency Management Agency of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
