VIDEO: Moment of Mirzoyan-Chavushoglu Conversation

Earlier, we reported that photos from the Mirzoyan-Chavushoglu-Bayramov meeting are circulating in the media. This was followed by a statement from Vahan Hunanyan, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia: "The meeting of Armenian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan with the foreign ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan can equally be considered a quadrilateral meeting, and at some point, a quintuplet, then continuing as a trilateral meeting in another format, and so on. In the picture, before the opening ceremony of the OSCE Ministerial Council, the Armenian Foreign Minister, the Austrian Foreign Minister, the High Representative of the EU, the Turkish Foreign Minister, and the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister engage in a brief polite conversation. Reports in Azerbaijani media about a trilateral meeting are exaggerated."
