Peskov Says Under What Conditions Russia Would Negotiate with the USA

„Kremlin is not ready to negotiate with the USA if the condition is leaving Ukraine, however, Putin is generally open to communication,” Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson of the Russian president, told reporters today.

“The most preferable way to achieve our interests is through peaceful, diplomatic means,” emphasized the press secretary. According to him, “the USA has not yet recognized the new territories as part of Russia, which significantly complicates the search for common ground for mutual discussions,” Peskov added.
