OSCE Losing Its Effectiveness, Peskov Says
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is losing its effectiveness. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, according to RT.
"Due to the OSCE's position, the organization is automatically losing its effectiveness," TASS quoted him as saying. Peskov added that this is due to the "contradictory stance" towards Russia.
Earlier, Alexander Lukashevich, Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE, stated that the West initially did not want to build a security architecture based on this organization.
